Dr. Frank Pallotta: 2023 Paul Crowley Award Recipient!

Dr. Pallotta has been active in Rhode Island education since his graduation from Providence College in 1970. He has served as a teacher, principal, special education administrator, assistant
superintendent and superintendent of schools. In addition, he has served as a member and as chair of the North Providence School Committee.
